We use TeamViewer version 13 editions, so if you have a later version running please close it prior to running the 4Dynamics versions.
Click here for 4Dynamics Quick Online Support or the Picture below and select run in the dialogue box.
When the file is running like above - then tell your 4Dynamics Support person the 9 numbers defined in the Your ID box.
Click here for 4Dynamics Join Meeting or the Picture below and select run in the dialogue box.
When the file is running like above - then your 4Dynamics Support person will give you a Meeting ID like the example and write Your name in the relevant input boxes.
